RETURN POLICY

Because our products are personal and health related in nature, once they are opened they cannot be returned. Our products can be returned unopened by contacting us through email at customerservice@cosmedpillow.com.

Products can be returned within 20 days of receipt. Customer will receive a full refund less any incurred shipping charges. Costumer is responsible for the shipping charge for the return.

If the delivery is damaged please contact UPS directly.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if the order has not yet been shipped. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing an order are fully refunded less any incurred shipping and handling costs. To cancel an order please contact us at customerservice@cosmedpillow.com.

CosMed Comfort ships via UPS and only in the continental US.
